geofbuck Posted May 20 Posted May 20 Is there any way to bridge the LAN ports instead of having separate network interfaces for each one? Super annoying.
0 island4ever Posted May 21 Posted May 21 That's actually a great question, having them with different addresses has always felt odd...
0 Lew Posted May 21 Posted May 21 For the moment, Island is strictly a router. In the networks for which it was designed, the assumption is that there will be one or more LAN switches, and so we're not providing value by having that capability. And a small gigabit switch can be had for around $15 these days. We could certainly add bridging, but it would be really helpful to understand your use case a little better. In what sort of configuration would you need that capability?
